A Vital Triad are an original, indy rock, jazz, and blues-based trio from the triangle. Influenced by artists ranging from Led Zepplin to Steely Dan to Jaco Pastorius, members of this trio have performed with other international acts including Fishbone, the Violent Femmes, KC and the Sunshine Band, Darius Rucker, as well as members of Bon Iver and the Avett Brothers
