Automag was formed in rural Johnston County, North Carolina in July of 1996. With one foot firmly planted in the Hard Rock/Metal arena and the other in the Southern Rock/Country arena, Automag stands out in a crowd. This aint yer daddy’s Southern Rock here. Automag lies somewhere between Skynyrd and old Metallica.
