Jon Christie, a veteran of Mr. Coffee and the Creamers, Mixed Greenz, and the Tim Smith Band, wanted to form a groove-oriented band that could sound as smooth as George Clooney’s Danny in Ocean’s 11 and as raw as a D.C. Go-go party. To bring this vision to fruition, he assembled a crack team of area musicians.
