Blair Dougher was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She graduated from North Carolina State University in 2007 and currently resides in Raleigh.
Blair has always had a passion for music. She started singing at the age of five and first appeared on stage at the age of seven. She has been involved in various musical endeavors along the way. Blair grew up singing in school chorus, church choirs, sporting events in the greater Raleigh area and in a Christian contemporary band.
