Grant Osborne is a native of Raleigh, NC. At age 14 he began playing professionally for churches and theatre groups. Grant became a serious student of jazz at East Carolina University, where he had already begun to make his own living as a musician. After college, he spent several years playing for major cruise lines and performing at exclusive Miami resort hotels. Grant currently resides in NC, and is the pianist for Grammy nominated jazz bassist John Brown.
