Kris started playing music at a very young age. At 10 years old he started playing drums. His brother, Chad had a huge influence on his music taste along with drive to play and play well. After years of practicing in garages and storage units, Kris jammed with several friends in classic rock bands. When his brother returned from The United States Marine Corps., they formed a band “Empty Pockets”. In a short time they played every club and bar in Richmond Va. Also recorded a self titled album. Kris then joined the Marines and shipped out……It was here where he found his love for guitar and singing. He started to write. He continues to play all over Raleigh, Pinehurst, and Southern Pines NC
