Well, it started out when I heard a cello being played a few doors down from me. I knocked on the door and there she was. Kristen! I introduced myself, told her that I usually don’t go knocking on strangers doors asking to listen but I just had to (call it fate) hang with the person playing that wonderful cello. She understood my strange request, and after watching her practicing for an upcoming wedding (foreshadowing, ya think?) I noticed an acoustic guitar and asked if I could pickup it up as we improvised a little. We soon got together to play weddings, and later, gigs playing what else?…The Beatles! (and other covers) with cello, acoustic guitar, and both of us singing.
