In early 2011, as a business student, Mike Furlong began his project “Sink the Bismarck!” while at Stetson University. Performing 50+ shows, both solo and with up to a five piece band, for two and a half years, the band was a proving ground for Furlong, including two full-length albums and shows of up to 300 fans. As new influences and collaborations arose, the young musician took a new direction.
After the release, Mic the Prophet relocated to Durham, NC, and is currently establishing in the area.
