Triangle based Midnite Sun has been spreading power-pop alt/rock since 1998 with originals inspired by a range of influences from Cheap Trick, the Ramones, The Beatles, and Big Star. They’ve rocked audiences at fests like Apple Chill and National Pop Overthrow in Chapel Hill, and Sparkle Fest in Raleigh. One of their original songs was a featured story on WTVD Channel 11’s evening news. The band consists of Andrew “Nihilo” Edwards – Guitar/ Vocals, Jason Wheeler – Drums/Vocals, Jerry Howerton – Lead Guitar, and Jeff Badalucco – Bass
