Sleeping Policeman is the brain child of Charles Grace, a singer/songwriter and guitarist. Grace began playing guitar at the age of 13. He started writing songs at the age of 16. After being involved in three bands throughout high school, Grace decided to focus on the songs that he was only playing in his bedroom —- the songs that would eventually bring Sleeping Policeman to the forefront of his creative mind.
