Lesley and Matthew met through music, but it was not until a hot summer spent swinging on the porch and drinking a little too much whiskey that they began writing together. Married in 2009 after a courtship of only three days, the two spent their first few years wrangling chickens on a communal farm and working odd jobs everywhere from beauty schools to scrap yards. In 2014 the husband and wife team formed The Eternal Hiccups, and now they are saving all their pennies for a beat up truck and trailer, so they can take their newly founded band (and two dogs) on the road across America.
