2015 Wheels on Academy Highlights
Take-A-Part Model T Demonstrations – Come see the Antique Automobile Club of America’s Triangle Chapter assemble their Model T! Upon completion of the assembly, the engine is hand cranked, the crowd is parted and the Take-A-Part Model T is driven a short distance. Demonstrations at 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Children’s Crafts – Kids can get creative and decorate their own make and take wooden car and race it down our new car ramp! Kids (and adults!) can test their memory with our life size car memory game!
Touch The Truck Area – Explore all types of vehicles including the Town of Cary’s police car, hybrid trash truck, fire engine and more!
