The Blasting Caps are four highly acclaimed and sought after Raleigh-area musicians brought together by the tremendously talented Tommy “Too Tall” Evans (Doc Holiday, Nantucket, All My Rowdy Friends, etc, etc.) united to set fire to some classic rock, folk, blues, and soul music spanning four decades. Hard-charging through three dynamite sets over several hours for this All Hallow’s Eve gig, the band ripped through 36 songs.
The Blasting Capsmembers include Evans, the fantastic Pat Ward (No Dice) on bass and vocals, the masterful Mike Mazarick (The Corvairs) excelling both on the saxophone and keyboards, and the fabulous Phil Falco (No Dice) on drums and vocals.
